January 10, 2022) – Rosie Inguanzo-Martin, CEO and co-founder of Allegiance Home Health, has joined the advisory board of Florida Atlantic University’s Christine E. Lynn College of Nursing.

Inguanzo-Martin oversees the operations of Allegiance Home Health with over 300 employees. She is responsible for providing strategic, financial and operational leadership while working closely with her management team. The agency is rated five stars quarterly by Medicare and has been awarded the HomeCare Elite award for several years. The Boca Raton Chamber of Commerce awarded Inguanzo-Martin the “Small Business Leader of the Year” award in 2016. It proudly established the “La Luz” Roselia Inguanzo Memorial Scholarship Endowment Fund for the FAU College of Nursing in the honor of his mother, Roselia.
“It is a great privilege and honor to be a member of the College of Nursing Advisory Board,” said Inguanzo-Martin. “As a nursing business owner and FAU graduate, I am grateful to give back to my alma mater. The nursing program at FAU is exceptional. Specifically, there is a dire need for nurses in many health care settings today. I can confidently say that the nursing students that FAU produces will be an asset to any healthcare employer.
Formed in 2012, the Advisory Board supports the College by leading advocacy and fundraising efforts. Over the past year, the council has supported nursing students at a critical time by expanding its fundraising efforts for the College’s White Coat Ceremony, raising more than $100,000 so that every student can receive a white coat scholarship and to provide additional support for nursing students.
