Holy Cross Health recognizes Marrinson’s Manor Pines Skilled Nursing and Rehab for Best Transitions in Care Network for 2nd consecutive year


February 26, 2022 – Manor Pines, a Marrinson Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Facility, celebrates its second year with Holy Cross Health as a Skilled Nursing Facility with “Network’s Best Transitions”. Manor Pines staff work closely with the Holy Cross Acute Care and Population Health Management teams as part of the Performance Network to ensure the successful transition of Holy Cross patients from hospital to rehabilitation , then home. Manor Pines looks forward to continuing to work with Holy Cross Health to provide the best continuum of care to the community.
